Our GE fridge's water line was leaking and Jerry fit us in quickly the following morning. He fixed the problem and advised us to let the fridge dry out for at least a few days to save the motherboard. Once I plugged the fridge back in, it had some trouble maintaining temperature. Jerry was kind enough to counsel me through the issue in several phone calls, avoiding a second service call charge. Grateful for his kindness and patience during what was a stressful situation for us.

Very happy with their service. Called this morning when our fridge/freezer stopped working, and they arrived an hour later. Turned out no repairs were necessary today (our fridge decided to restart itself), but will definitely call them the next time it breaks down (only a matter of time), and with any other appliance repairs.
